From products processing 100,000+ parcels a day to virtual care and clinical communication platforms, these are some of the problems I’ve had the opportunity to take from complexity to something people can actually use.

01 • LOGISTICS

Warehouse scanning at scale

Built and launched a warehouse scanning solution from zero to one, enabling the processing of 100,000+ parcels per day across inbound and outbound operations while automating routing and identification of high value shipments across domestic and international networks.

02 • GLOBAL TRADE

Brexit customs transformation

Led a complex Brexit transformation initiative, translating new UK and Ireland import and export regulations into product requirements and integrating customs data, commodity codes, parcel contents, and trade compliance workflows into warehouse systems while partnering with government stakeholders and major retailers.

03 • DIGITAL HEALTH

Virtual rehabilitation

Led the end to end development of a virtual rehabilitation platform connecting patients with physical and occupational therapists, including virtual visits, appointment scheduling, treatment plans, provider licensing validation, payments, billing, invoicing, electronic claims, and integrations with leading health insurers.

04 • COMMUNICATIONS

Secure clinical messaging

Fast tracked and launched a secure patient and provider messaging platform within a single quarter, delivering clinical messaging, attachments, read and sent status, email notifications, and communication preferences from concept through production.

05 • PERSONALIZATION

Digital self care programs

Developed assessment and recommendation workflows that matched members to personalized 30 day treatment programs across fitness, fall prevention, chronic pain, and other health needs.

06 • AI + CLINICAL WORKFLOWS

Unified hospital communications

Led product definition for a hospital clinical communications platform integrating secure calling, messaging, critical alerts, staff directory, presence, and role based workflows across mobile, web, and wearable devices, while shaping AI enabled contextual summarization capabilities.

  • Own product strategy and delivery for mobile clinical workflow solutions used by nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead two large Scrum teams, refining and prioritizing backlogs, clarifying requirements, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and removing delivery blockers.
  • Use generative AI tools including Cursor to accelerate requirements analysis, development ready work items, engineering workflows, presentations, and product artifacts.
